solutions for assessment that combines modern technology and robust HR concepts.
1. Online Psychometric Tests
Our psychometric tests to provide an insight into the psychological makeup of the candidates that
influence the workplace competencies. The specialised psychometric tests give a detailed profile of
the managerial, leadership and interpersonal skills of the candidates. We use this tool in the selection
process or training purpose to make the hiring or engagement experience better.
2. Online Aptitude Tests
Aptitude can be considered as a talent test. Our aptitude test helps to determine an individual’s
innate abilities and ‘learnability’. Learnability, in this context, means the ability to learn new skills.
The tests assess the verbal, quantitative and logical aptitudes.
3. Online Technical Tests
Technical tests are designed to assess the knowledge of the candidates. Our panel of subject-matter
experts develop technical questions calibrated to assess the level of knowledge required to perform a
job .
4. Structured Video Interviews
Interviews are about assessing the competencies and the cultural fit. We provide video clips of the
interviews with the candidates to give you a better understanding of the candidates’ competencies
and motivations.
You can choose a set of question from a library or set your own questions for this purpose. Once the
interview is done, you can click on each link just like you do in YouTube, and review and compare the
candidates’ responses.
You can imagine that rating applicants in a standardised manner enable you to pick the best applicants for
further face to face interviews. There is no need to waste time interviewing unsuitable candidates.
5. Computer Skill Tests
We evaluate candidates’ skills in using MS Office: PowerPoint, Excel, Word and Coding tests
depending upon the requirements of the job.
6. Assessment Centre
Assessment Centre is a battery of tests to assess the suitability of a candidate for a particular
position. Assessment Center can include aptitude, technical, psychometric and in-tray tests and
structured competency-based interviews.
7. Competency-Based Interviews
The oral interviews are the most common type of assessment. However, the validity and reliability
of the interviews increase if they are competency-based and structured. We conduct Structured,
Competency-based face-face-interviews to maximize reliability and validity.
8. Case Study Based Interview
For the top management positions, we also offer case-study based interviews to assess the analytical,
problem-solving, decision making and leadership skills. We develop a case study relevant to the
position and allow time for the candidate to prepare a presentation to answer specific questions. The
candidate then makes a presentation before a competent panel. Often, we combine the case-study
based interviews with the competency-based interviews, to make the interview process logistically
simpler for both the candidates and the interview panel.
